Staff
Training:
Net QI, through its sister company Net GRC
(Gestion de la Relation Clients – Client Relation Management), understands
the importance of staff training and thus accompanies the staff and its
management through such a task. We offer two on-hands qualified training
consultants.
The training programme has been developed into three stages:
1. Audit, 2. Training 3. Feedback
In groups of no more than 12 people we aim to develop a spirit amongst our
delegates that will help them understand how to set themselves and/or their
company apart from competitors..
The main objective of this stage is to improve client relation through active
listening. In other words, listening to improve communication, and improve
product presentation to “benefit the client”. As well as improve
basic information given to the users of technical services.
On top of this, Net QI offers a one-day taster course into GRC. This course
called “my client – that stranger” demonstrates the importance
and potential value of GRC to a business.
